Booking Terms

By booking a kayaking tour with Andaman Mangrove Kayak, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all tours, activities, and services offered by our company.

1. Booking and Payment

A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking). Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

2. Age and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be at least 10 years old for family-friendly tours. All participants should be in reasonable physical condition. Please inform us of any medical conditions before the tour.

3. Tour Conduct

All participants must follow the instructions of the tour guides at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is deemed unsafe.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, kayaking is an outdoor activity that carries inherent risks. Andaman Mangrove Kayak is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Andaman Mangrove Kayak and may not be reproduced without written permission.
