Where is your office?
Our office is at 1st Floor, DP Cottage Building, Lillypur Road, near Yamaha Service Centre, Haddo. Kayaking trips themselves start at Havelock Jetty on Havelock Island.
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Contact us by email with your booking number, by phone during business hours, or on WhatsApp. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability. Refund terms are on our Cancellation Policy page.
Will you contact me if my trip is affected by the weather?
Yes. Timings can shift with tides and weather, and if we need to change or cancel your trip we will message you on WhatsApp using the number you booked with.
What are your opening hours?
We are available Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
Can I book a kayaking trip over phone or WhatsApp?
The quickest way to book is online on our booking page, where you get an instant confirmation. If you have questions before booking, call or WhatsApp us and we will help.
I did not receive my booking confirmation email. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us with your name, trip date and phone number and we will find your booking and resend the details.
Can I ask about private or group trips?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or call with your dates and group size before booking, and we will tell you what is possible.
