We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation by Customer

• 7 days or more before the tour: Full refund (processing fees will be deducted).

• 24 to 48 hours before tour: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund

• No-show: No refund

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the original departure time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may not be accommodated.

Cancellation by Us

We may cancel tours due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
